Defence Against the Dark Arts Classroom

Defence Against the Dark Arts Classroom
This was my second  Harry Potter classroom that i done and as you can see there is a lot more detail in this room including the gryffin skeleton on the ceiling. There are many items hiding around the room for to to view.
Every detail of the original room has been slightly changed to give my own version of classroom. There are many artisans that have made pieces for this room from around the world and if you look carefully you can see some Cornish pixies.
There are microscopes on the tables and also the flasks and test tubes have had liquid water added to give a more realistic effect, there are shrunken heads and spell books under the table along withGilderoy Lockharts book.
On the opposite side we have a collection of sculls and specimen jars with a bookcase full of spell books,an open door can be seen at the back of the room to give the effect of a corridor behind.
Sitting on the windowsill you can see Neville Longbottom's plant the Mimbulus mimbletonia,in the window you can see a view of one of the Hogwarts towers.

Above the bookcase you can see the map of wizarding schools and below there are some more of the unusual items which also including an Orrery from Kastlekelm Miniatures and also other magical miniatures from Sandwoman Craft of which links can be found on the suppliers page.
Some more of Ray Storey's glassware can is used on the table at the back of the room and some of his scientific equipment.
I have used many different views of Hogwarts though the window and they are simply light with LED lights from behind,,the image is curved around the window so no mater which direction you look through you will not see the edge of the image.
Here we have two more of hand sculpted items of Irmgard Gritzan's a Cornish pixie captured in the cage and another of her beautiful owls.
A closer look at some of the incredible detail that goes in to some of the artisans pieces,as you cab see the owl is covered in real feathers.
The Cornish pixies stand at only 12.6mm tall and are one of the smallest additions to the classroom,if you look in the room you will see them getting up to  mischief.
Among the curiosity's in the room you will see a few skulls which have been carved from real dear horn, also you will see another shrunken head from Twisted Miniatures.
There are many books from different suppliers that have been used in this room,i found that Ebay  also has a variety to choose from.
